Texas Craigs - Fire Crackers
Whisk 1/2 cup vegetable oil with 3 tsp. each ranch & italian dressing mix and 3 tbsp. of Texas Craigs seasoning (true firecracker spicy version) use less TC for a milder snack. Pour mixture in a gallon zip lock bag and add 2 1/2 tubes of a one pound box of Ritz crackers and seal. Turn the bag over and over to coat all of the crackers and continue to turn every hour for about 3 hours then refrigerate. Refrigerating seems to lock in the flavor. Crackers can be placed in a container now and enjoyed. Emphasis on the enjoy, it's like a potato chip "you can't eat just one".
